On Friday, July 31, 2009, our esteemed representatives in the House acted like kids in a free candy store. They couldn't wait to spend another $2 billion of our money. In case you haven't got it yet, the government doesn't have any money. We pay them through a thing called "taxes."  Do you get the feeling that there are tax payers out there who get regular pay checks and don't pay any attention to the 'gross' and 'net'. They don't realize that the dollars taken out before they get their checks — the amounts for federal, state, unemployment — are all forms of taxes and those taxes must help pay for all this government spending?
