White House Tries To Explain E-Mail Lists

Moments ago, after two days of screening the message and approval by the White House legal department and Robert Gibbs, the White House says the list comes solely from its web site and that they do not purchase, upload or obtain lists from others. Then they go on to say that names appearing on the list that are not the result of signing up so to speak, are the fault of third party interest groups and on-line petitioners who sent lists with multiple e-mails to the White House —- yaddadda yaddadda!

Nice going Mr. Gibbs. I guess a partial explanation of the Axelrod e-mails and others, although rather vague, is better than no explanation at all. Or is it? There is more to come, I am sure.
